@TrekRUs

A long arduous journey, esp. one made on foot.

Those who Trek. Those who wander. Those who journey to see the personal great unknown. Provide, Give and Share. That is why we are all Trek R Us. This is a new company that I am going to slowly but surely expand. Providing as much Trek as you can handle! From travel to gear to meet ups.

This is my first blog on the trek that I did.

During my trip to Tofino, British Columbia, Canada. I got to see so much. The beaches, wildlife, environment and the most friendliest of people.. can't forget about the street cats who always wanted a cuddle. it is one of the nicest places in all of Canada. I stayed at the http://www.tofinotrekinn.com/. Joe the owner, is super kind and friendly. It honestly feels like I am at home at the Tofino Trek Inn.

This mountain is called The Lone Cone. The target location is to the top right. To get to this location you have to take a boat. But I took the http://tofinowatertaxi.com/. It is a short distance and a very nice ride! The average time it takes to climb up is 2.5 hours and 2.5 hours back down. Not to brag but I Started at 12:00pm from the doc and got down at a bit before 3:00pm. Someone told me that I set the record for the fastest time. You can take your time. But I needed a good workout!
This is an amazing few looking out at the other side of the mountain. This mountain stands at 742m or 2,434 feet.
                                            Tofino to the right and the beautiful islands!
 It was a fun and grueling Trek. I hope it stays preserved and it is a must if you come to Tofino!
